Julia is Franchise Head for Reproductive Medicine at Ferring Pharmaceuticals a privately held specialty biopharmaceutical group. She joined Ferring in 2022 as General Manager UK & Ireland and has more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare and biotech. Julia’s career spans roles in strategy, commercial, and pipeline development in both local affiliates and global organizations. She is passionate about creating high performing agile teams as well as delivering triple win solutions in partnership with patients and payers.

Julia started her career in consulting at Monitor group focusing on healthcare before moving to Novartis where she held leadership roles including Worldwide Executive Director Cardiometabolic, Franchise Head Respiratory UK and Director of Operations and Planning Oncology.

Julia has a BA from Dartmouth College, U.S.A., an MSc Oxford University, U.K. and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
