Josh Vanderleest is a Project Lead for Gen Y Inc., a Canadian cultural consultancy specializing in intergenerational dynamics and emerging talent. Josh was a Vice President (Community Development) of the Commerce Undergraduate Society during his time at the Haskayne School of Business, where he oversaw a not for profit, charity based portfolio tasked with the improvement of an academic community within the University and multiple community based projects outside of the institution as well. After leaving the Commerce Undergraduate Society, he represented the University of Calgary in the Jeux du Commerce West Business Case Competition by joining the Entrepreneurship team, and has been drawn into the world of small businesses and start ups ever since.
