He has been awarded with the Order of the Rising Sun by the Japanese Empire, the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, an Honorary Doctorate of Business by RMIT University in Melbourne (Australia), recognizing his contributions to sustainability and innovation across the clean energy and regenerative infrastructure sectors and is Ambassador of the Spain Brand (Marca España).
