Co-founder of Environmental Data Services (ENDS, 1978), SustainAbility (1987) and Volans (2008). Has served on over 70 boards and advisory boards. Author or co-author of 20 books, including The Power of Unreasonable People (2008), with Pamela Hartigan, The Breakthrough Challenge (2014), with Jochen Zeitz, and Green Swans: The Coming Boom in Regenerative Capitalism (2020).
