Jessica Apotheker is a Partner & MD based in Paris and is BCG's global Chief Marketing Officer. She specializes in data driven marketing and leads the marketing allocation offering globally. She is a member of BCG X, BCG's tech build & design powerhouse.
Jessica has significant experience in helping companies transforming their marketing capabilities through digital, data & advanced analytics. Her experiences include Building & deploying AI based marketing resource allocation solutions and re-wiring the organization to ensure their impact and adoption at scale, e.g:
- Built a fully internalized solution for a global spirits company, deployed in 10 markets, used by +150 marketers worldwide, yielding +4pts of bottom-line
- Built a fully internalized solution optimizing spend across patient and HCP engagements across consumer healthcare and biopharma, deployed across 6 markets, yielding 2-4 pts of bottom-line
- Building advanced digital marketing & full funnel capabilities for clients boosting ROI, e.g.:
Led a Precision Marketing transformation for global cosmetics player, boosting ROI by 80% and training +1000 marketers
Led a Global & Emerging Markets full funnel marketing acceleration for a global cosmetics player, boosting ROI by +120%, delivering +30% efficiency, redesigning agency & marketing operating model, certifying marketers & partners at scale
