Jennifer Temple is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, reporting to CEO Antonio Neri, and is responsible for all aspects of HPE’s global brand, marketing, and communications.
Jennifer and her team are focused on ensuring that HPE’s value propositions are clear and differentiated, that new and immersive experiences bring to life the company’s innovation and purpose, and that the strength of the company’s brand advances its market position as the leader in hybrid cloud with Enterprise AI and Networking as accelerators.
For more than 30 years, Jennifer has helped organizations show the world who they are. Jennifer has devoted her career to advising chief executives and building high-performing teams to create customer loyalty, enact cultural change, and manage largescale transformations. Previously, she was a senior vice president and communications leader at Wells Fargo where she managed high profile communications during a period of significant transformation for the bank. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Jennifer was executive vice president and general manager of the San Francisco office for Hill & Knowlton, a leading communications agency.
Jennifer has held senior roles at major privately held and publicly traded companies, including serving as vice president of communications at Bank of America Securities (formerly Montgomery Securities) and senior director of marketing communications at The Irvine Company. Additionally, Jennifer worked as an assistant press secretary to California’s former governor, Pete Wilson, and for Edelman in Sacramento.
She is NACD Directorship Certified®, serves on the board of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Foundation, and is a Trustee with both the Arthur W. Page Society and the Institute for Public Relations. She is also a Board Member and VP of Communications for the Los Gatos chapter of boys team charity (btc). She is a member of World 50’s Communications 50, Beyond Board, and Enrich.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication.
