Jean Pascal is the Regional Lead for Francophone Africa and Middle East at the Better Than Cash Alliance. Prior to joining the Alliance, he worked as Cabinet Strategy Advisor to various Ministers in charge of Finance, Digital Economy and Industrialization in Africa. He has led the launch of nation-wide strategies to boost industrialization and encourage digital economy contribution to inclusive growth. Jean Pascal graduated from ESM de Saint-Cyr and ENA the French Government School with two Masters degrees in strategy, advanced leadership and public policy.
