James See is the Head of Disease Areas at Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific. He leads the strategic development and execution of disease area strategies that advance diagnostic innovation and improve patient outcomes across the region.
With over 25 years of experience in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry, See brings deep expertise in commercial strategy, laboratory integration and business transformation across diverse healthcare systems in Asia Pacific. Since joining Roche Diagnostics Malaysia in 1999 as a Diagnostic Specialist, he has held leadership roles spanning sales, marketing and business development, bridging scientific insight with real-world healthcare impact.

Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams across the Core Lab, Molecular and Point of Care portfolios, strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers and laboratories to deliver integrated, patient-centred solutions. Before assuming his current role, he served as Business Lead for Core Lab, overseeing regional systems, customer hub operations, and applications teams.
