Inge Delobelle is Executive Vice President and Divisional CEO of the Industry Division at Grundfos and a member of the company’s Group Management team. She leads Grundfos’ global Industry business, serving customers across a broad range of industrial sectors, including manufacturing, water treatment, semiconductors, data centres, and process industries.

An experienced international executive, Inge brings more than a decade of C-level leadership in multinational industrial companies. Before joining Grundfos in 2024, she served as CEO of TK Elevator Europe and Africa and held senior roles spanning business operations, portfolio management, technology transition, and mergers and acquisitions.

At Grundfos, she is responsible for driving the Industry Division’s strategic development and growth. She brings deep financial and technological expertise, with a proven track record of leading business transformation, advancing portfolio performance, and helping industrial customers improve water and energy efficiency through innovative solutions.
