At the helm of the Digital Technology unit, Hriday is responsible for architecting an industry-defining portfolio of digital and data-driven solutions that accelerate business performance for global enterprises. His leadership is centered on customer-centric innovation, engineering excellence, and delivering real-world impact at scale.
Known for blending deep technical expertise with strategic foresight, Hriday has a proven track record of transforming organisations into agile, future-ready businesses. Before joining Orange Business, he served as Chief Product & Digital Officer at BT Global, where he led global platforms and digital services strategy. He was previously one of the youngest CTIOs in the industry, appointed at the age of 33.
Recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, Hriday is a frequent speaker on the future of enterprise technology, digital trust, and leadership in the AI era. He holds dual MSc degrees — one in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh and another in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford.
