Himanshu Gupta is building AI-powered climate adaptation systems through ClimateAi, helping companies and governments strengthen food and water supply chains against climate risk. Previously, he worked with former US vice-president Al Gore and Lord Nicholas Stern, and served as lead emissions modeler for India with contributions to the Paris climate discussions. He was named among Tech Insider’s Top 100 people in artificial intelligence globally and received his home state’s highest civilian honour from the vice-president of India. His work has been featured by the FT, CNN, WSJ, Forbes, BBC, Reuters and Stanford Social Innovation Review. He co-authored a book on India’s low-carbon economy and earned an MBA and MSc from Stanford University.
