Formerly Chief Executive Officer of Majid Al Futtaim, Communities, Hawazen oversaw flagship developments such as Tilal Al Ghaf and Al Zahia in the United Arab Emirates, Waterfront City in Lebanon, and Al Mouj Muscat and Tilal Al Irfan in the Sultanate of Oman. These communities encompass more than 13 million sqm of integrated residential, retail, commercial, hospitality, leisure and entertainment experiences, including 30,000 residential units which are already home to 10,000 residents from over 85 nationalities.
