Graham is a Global Consultant within the Multinational Client Group and the Global Defined Benefit Segment Leader. The Multinational Client Group provides strategic advice, project management and relationship management to large multinationals. We help multinationals manage their people, reward and benefit plan strategy, systems and other issues outside the home country and with topics that cross international boundaries, including implementation, project management and execution.
Graham returned to Mercer in 2010 after 3 years at KPMG in Munich where he was a Partner in the German pensions team specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions.
In his previous career with Mercer, he led Mercer's M&A service in Germany from 2004 to 2007 and established the Germany branch of IEBA (International Employee Benefits Association) for which he also served as Chair for 5 years. Graham began his career with Mercer in 1990 in the UK actuarial team in Manchester. He then moved into the International Consulting Group in 1998 in London.
Graham graduated with a First Class Honours degree from Manchester University.
Graham is married with four children and is based in Munich, Germany.
