Giles is a career writer and journalist, specialising in sustainability, the environment, development, humanitarian issues, poverty alleviation, climate change, low carbon energy, Net Zero, NGOs.
Down the years he has worked in-country across the Peruvian Amazon, Madagascar, Cambodia and Europe writing on poverty, global sustainable development and humanitarian themes.
Today he is Communications Consultant for United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), working on content strategy, thought leadership and day to day authoring. He freelances thought leadership whitepapers and blogs for companies like Shell Energy and EDF on Net Zero and writes widely on decarbonising world business and society for better.
