Ghada Alrumayan is an accomplished executive leader with over two decades of experience driving transformation, operational excellence and strategic growth across financial services and real estate. She currently serves as Group Chief Shared Services Officer at ROSHN Group, where she leads the centralization and optimization of core enterprise functions, including human capital, procurement, administration, technology and corporate services. In this role, she enhances operational efficiency, strengthens governance and enables scalable growth aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Ghada also serves on key internal committees and as a Board Member of the ROSHN Foundation, contributing to governance, strategic oversight, and impactful sustainability initiatives.
Previously, she was Group Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at ROSHN Group, where she led brand transformation, strengthened market positioning and supported commercial performance through integrated, data-driven strategies. Her earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Riyad Bank and Olayan Financing Company, where she led digital transformation, corporate rebranding, and strategic partnerships.
Ghada has completed executive education programmes at Harvard Business School and Cass Business School. Under her leadership, ROSHN Group has secured more than 190 awards and has been recognized by Brand Finance as one of the Kingdom’s most valuable real estate brands. She is also a passionate advocate for sustainability, having led initiatives such as the YUHYEEK programme, which integrates environmental, economic and social impact into community development.
