Gabriel Marcolongo is a Latin American entrepreneur who has spent the last decade building and scaling businesses across five countries in the region — Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico. He now focuses on helping Asian companies, particularly from China, establish and grow operations in Latin America by leveraging his cross-border network, regulatory expertise, and deep understanding of the region's commercial and cultural landscape. Gabriel has traveled to China six times and maintains active relationships across the country's business and innovation ecosystem.
Motivated by his visually impaired father, Gabriel transitioned from a corporate career to become one of Latin America's leading social entrepreneurs. He founded Incluyeme.com, the region's largest platform for inclusive employment, scaling it into a multi-country B2B operation serving 700+ corporate clients — including Accenture, IBM, Walmart, Disney, McKinsey, and PwC — and connecting over 140,000 users with disabilities to meaningful work. To date, more than 4,000 people with disabilities have been placed in formal employment through his work.
Gabriel advises governments, multilateral organizations, and multinationals on market entry, inclusive business strategy, and disability employment policy across Latin America. He is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, a TEDx speaker, and an alumnus of executive programs at Harvard Kennedy School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Babson College.
A passionate traveler and endurance athlete, Gabriel has visited over 80 countries and completed a 120 km ultramarathon across the Andes.
