Dr. Elizaveta Fouksman received her doctorate in International Development from the University of Oxford in 2015, where she was a Rhodes Scholar. She is a Leverhulme Early Career Fellow at the University of Oxford, based at the African Studies Centre at the School of Interdisciplinary Area Studies.
