Elçin Biren is a multi-award-winning cybersecurity leader and industrial engineer, Routledge author and CEO of SwissCyberSmart. With 20 years of experience spanning roles as vCISO, Cyber Risk Manager and Ethical Hacker, she has advised international organizations including UBS on security strategy and governance. She is completing a Master's in Cyber Psychology and serves as Switzerland President at the Global Council for Responsible AI. Through SwissCyberSmart, she delivers digital resilience programmes for families, schools and young people, including parent masterclasses at Google, Salesforce and Logitech, reaching thousands of parents worldwide. She is a youth workshop organizer at the AI for Good Global Summit 2026.
