新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大をきっかけに、世界を再構築する必要性、特に、女性にとっての世界のあり方を再考する必要性が高まっています。アフリカの労働力という観点から、女性に影響を及ぼす生活基盤の脆弱さや根強い不平等もも浮き彫りになりました。
Ekemini Akpakpan is a Fundraising & Communications Consultant at Paper Crown Rwanda - a gender transformative organization. She is a social impact leader with an eight-year development career. At African Women in Leadership Organisation, where she rose to General Manager, Ekemini led the Girls Class project, a government-approved complementary curriculum for the prevention of gendered outcomes that lead to girls’ poor participation in the workforce.
