Eileen is the Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation at Bedrock where she leads the development of Bedrock's future innovation district in downtown Detroit, along with other special initiatives alongside Bedrock's CEO, Kofi Bonner. Prior to this role, Eileen was on the Development Team at Bedrock for five years, where she led transformational real estate, master planning and sustainability projects.

Eileen is a World Economic Forum Fellow, serves on the Board of Directors for the Greektown Neighborhood Partnership, is a member of Urban Land Institute, is a LEED Green Associate. Eileen holds a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Michigan and a BA in Urban Planning from the University of Toledo.
