Tanya Filer, PhD is Founder and CEO at StateUp, the platform of research, data, and training to enable decisionmakers in governments, tech, and finance to lead through the green and technological transitions. She also established the Digital State programme at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy, University of Cambridge, where she lectures across postgraduate and executive programmes. Her work is published in policy, academic, and media outlets.
A graduate of Oxford, Cambridge, and UCL, Tanya was a Frank Knox Memorial Fellow at Harvard University. She has also held fellowships at the Library of Congress, Yale University, Tel Aviv University, and Universidad de San Andrés, Buenos Aires. Tanya served on the Council on the Future of Information and Entertainment at the World Economic Forum.
