David Webb is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at BCG. He serves as Managing Director of North American Systems and as global Chief Sustainability Officer for BCG. He is also a member of BCG’s Operating Committee. Previously, he led the transformation practice for BCG North America, and was Managing Director of the Northeast System. David also founded BCG’s Philadelphia office. David is an expert in organizational design, performance improvement, and business model redesign and strategy. David is also deeply involved in climate efforts, including measurement, reductions, and the emerging removable space.
David has worked for BCG in North America and Europe and has spent considerable time assisting clients in Asia. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Webb worked in GE Power Systems and GE Lighting including positions in Hungary, Italy and several locations in North America.
David earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Case Western Reserve with honors and a BA in Physics from Ohio Wesleyan University.
