Mr. Pronestì serves as Head of Sustainability Investment and Innovation Strategy at the Real Estate Unit of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, the Italian government's investment bank. He leads ESG analysis on Real Asset portfolio and targets value-added opportunities by integrating sustainability operation, financial risk factors and Proptech innovation across the operating investment and asset management platform. He specializes in investment and asset management of Alternative Asset Class and focuses on national policies within the context of one the Italian banking association technical committee to promote financial mechanisms in support of buildings' energy renovation. Mr. Pronestì, completed his university studies between Italy, Denmark, UK and the USA achieving an MSc in Finance, major in Real Estate Finance. He is an active member of the Global Shapers Community.
