Daegan is a digital safety and trust professional based in Geneva, with a background in international affairs and global security. His work focuses on combating online harms, information integrity, and technology governance. He works as part of the Global Coalition for Digital Safety and is Council Manager for the Global Future Council on Information Integrity. Daegan previously worked as an early career professional at the Forum’s AI Governance Alliance and interned and researched for the U.S. Department of Defense, UN Office for Disarmament Affairs, World Trade Organization, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Daegan holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute, and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Global & International Studies from the University of Kansas.
