I currently lead the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) Medellín, the only WEF-affiliated C4IR in Latin America. My background combines over 17 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, international cooperation, and investment promotion.
Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership roles across government, international organizations, and the private sector in Latin America, Europe, and the U.S., working to position cities and regions through foreign direct investment, innovation policy, and global events.
I hold a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Communications, a specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. I’ve also completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School.
My focus is on aligning innovation and technology with inclusive, human-centered development. I’m passionate about creating bridges between local impact and global conversations. Music lover!
