Bruno Komurubuga is a Ugandan serial entrepreneur and strategist dedicated to building the foundational infrastructure for Uganda’s economic growth. With a background in industrial design and fine arts, he launches and scales ventures that bridge the gap between creative design and resilient technology.

As a proprietor of multiple innovation-led ventures, Bruno specializes in identifying market gaps and developing high-impact B2B solutions. His work focuses on creating scalable frameworks that move concepts from the drawing board to cross-border markets.

As a Global Shaper of the Kampala Hub, Bruno champions regional integration and youth workforce development. He architected the FutureReady Cross-Hub Pilot, a high-impact initiative under the Reskill for the Future thematic are of the Global Shapers Community that synchronized four hubs in Kampala, Kigali, Dar-es-Salaam, and Iringa. This program successfully equipped 43 young professionals with essential career skills through a network of 15+ industry mentors across three countries, establishing a proven blueprint for regional talent development.

Bruno’s work sits at the intersection of local grassroots energy and global market ambition. Whether he is building durable hardware for luxury hospitality or leading cross-border leadership teams, his mission remains to design with empathy, scale with strategy and lead through powerful storytelling.
