Bridgette Bell McAdoo leads the Global Sustainability practice at Genesys and has been shaping the company’s sustainability strategy and programs since 2020. She is responsible for embedding sustainability across the company’s operations and strategy, with a focus on optimizing environmental, social, and economic impact. In her role, she oversees stakeholder engagement, sustainability education, program development, and non-financial performance reporting.

Bridgette has more than 20 years of experience in sustainability and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Genesys, she served as Global Director of Sustainability at KFC within Yum! Brands and held leadership roles at the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), where she focused on corporate engagement across global food and freshwater initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held engineering and operations roles supporting NASA’s Space Shuttle and Mars Rover programs.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and an MBA in Strategy from the Drucker School of Management.
