Ben Poulter is a climate scientist and greenhouse gas specialist at Spark Climate Solutions. He received his PhD from Duke University and worked at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and as Deputy Director of Greenhouse Gas Measurement, Monitoring and Reporting for the Office of Science and Technology Policy for the Biden White House.
