Ana built her career in consumer finance, working in both the private sector and at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), before joining Uber, where she held leadership roles across the Rides and Eats businesses. She is passionate about consumer finance, technology, and building diverse teams. Ana is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Financial Education and has been recognized as Female Founder of the Year by UBS, a Rising Star in FinTech by FT Partners, and one of NYC Women in FinTech’s Most Inspiring Female Founders.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and lives in New York City with her husband and two young sons.
