Ana built her career at the intersection of consumer finance, technology, and product innovation. She worked in both the private sector and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) before joining Uber, where she held leadership roles across the Rides and Eats businesses.
She is passionate about consumer finance, technology, and building diverse teams. Ana is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Financial Education and has been recognized as Female Founder of the Year by UBS, a Rising Star in FinTech by FT Partners, and one of NYC Women in FinTech’s Most Inspiring Female Founders.
