世界首部生态环境法典：中国《生态环境法典》将如何影响经济竞争力？
3月12日，中国颁布了《中华人民共和国生态环境法典》（以下简称《生态环境法典》），标志着中国在将环境因素纳入国家经济框架方面迈出了至关重要的一步。这是继2020年《民法典》之后，中国颁布的第二部国家级法典，其在法律层级中仅次于宪法。
