Adriana is a medical doctor that works at the intersection of health systems strengthening, foresight, and large-scale implementation, focusing on how community-based systems can sustainably improve population health outcomes.
Adriana currently serves as Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning at 1000 Days Fund, where she leads research, adaptive learning, and strategy across community health initiatives reaching hundreds of thousands of frontline workers and households in Indonesia. Her work centers on strengthening primary health care and accelerating stunting reduction through systems-level approaches.
Adriana operates across research, implementation, and policy—bridging evidence with real-world delivery. She has contributed to over 50 peer-reviewed publications, including in The Lancet Group, BMJ Global Health and PLOS ONE, and collaborate closely with government, academic, and civil society partners.
Adriana is particularly interested in how global trends, financing flows, and governance dynamics shape the future of health systems, and how leaders can design resilient, adaptive systems in response. She is currently the Core Collaborator for Health and Consumer Working Group at the World Economic Forum's Intergenerational Foresight Initiative, a project of the WEF Global Foresight Network and Global Shapers Community. For her contributions to global health and social impact, she received the Diana Award in 2024, in memory of Diana, Princess of Wales.
