Young individuals in Rabat are launching initiatives that bring new solutions into our community. Yet, many of these leading people are working in their own bubble and are not aware of their peers and their scope of work. Therefore, in order to encourage collaboration and alliance between these stakeholders and centralize their energy and enthusiasm, Rabat hub is launching Shape Box.
What is Shape Box? Shape Box is a series of interactive and open evenings that gather entrepreneurs, non-profit stakeholders, social entrepreneurs and individuals launching initiatives to make impact in their community or looking for opportunities to create positive change in Rabat, for the purpose to share ideas, inspire and mentor each other and become empowered social change leaders.
The main objectives of this project are to:
• Create a synergy within the social change community in Rabat.
• Create a platform to enhance fledgling change-makers through exchange and inspiration.
• Connect like-minded people in order to collaborate for scaling their initiatives.
By putting into place an event with this scope, the Rabat Hub team is hoping to encourage open dialogue and exchange of ideas and collaboration between different parties. This project could be the start of many other events in the city, and it could help Global Shapers Rabat establish long-term relationships with other organizations in and outside the country.
