Problem Statement: Communities living in poverty in Jeddah face the need for Iftar meals and support to uplift their spirits during Ramadan and beyond.

Target Group: Communities living in poverty in Jeddah.

Proposed Solution: The project aims not only to provide Iftar meals but also engage in various charitable activities throughout the holy month of Ramadan and beyond. The initiative involves fundraising to package and deliver meals, collaborating with local organizations to drive positive impact in diverse areas.

Hub Activities:


  • Fundraising to provide Iftar meals for impoverished communities.

  • Collaboration with Kiswa Aisha Organization for organizing second-hand clothes.

  • Partnership with Pristine for plogging activities at the Jeddah Corniche Walk.

  • Purchasing and distributing gifts for children in hospitals and those living in poverty in preparation for Eid celebrations.

Short and Long-Term Goals:


  • Short-Term: Raise sufficient funds and resources to package and deliver 3,000 meals during Ramadan and distribute 134 gifts to children.

  • Long-Term: Establish an annual tradition where the Jeddah Hub shapers come together during Ramadan to support impoverished communities, ensuring that each year the impact and outreach grow.

Available Metrics: The hub has successfully raised over 30,000 SR, which was utilized to package and deliver 3,000 Iftar meals. Additionally, a total of 134 gifts were distributed to children in need, bringing joy and hope during the festive season.

Project Collaborators: Mena7i Restaurant, Pristine, Kiswa Aisha, University of Business and Technology (UBT).
