Irshaad

The project is trying to provide career visibility for students, jobseekers and working professionals in the UAE. To solve that we developed "Irshaad", a career guidance platform that will propose to students best possible career fits based on their profile.
The Hub reached out to universities and other educational institutions to market the platform and increase our reach.
For the short term we are looking to help students assess their options and streamline what they can do within their skillset. For the long term we are looking to become the leading career bridging platform in the country and enhance our services beyond what is currently offered by the platform.
Currently, we are aiming to have a high reach between the areas we marketed the project. Quantitively, we are aiming for 100 students to benefit from Irshaad as a first stepping stone.
We pitched so far to the American University of Sharjah - we have other universities and institutions as mentioned above that are currently pending.
