Career Jumpstart

Starting a first job is a big step in every young person’s life. For many students coming from less advantaged families or having language barriers, this step comes with a lot of uncertainties and challenges.

Together with Pro Juventute, the Global Shapers Zurich Hub helps students between the 8th and 10th grade through simulated job interviews and individual feedback on their application documents. Shapers share their knowledge and experiences to help young people start their professional careers with the necessary tools and on positive note.

The hub focuses on young people who have the most difficulties at school, helping them find their first apprenticeship.
