Mr. Zhou is Chairman and founder of Beijing Tico Digital Group. Founded in 1994 and after nearly 30 years of development, Tico has become one of the most influential companies in the professional audio-visual field in China. Mr. Zhou graduated from the EMBA programme of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Zhou actively engages in philanthropic affairs. He is the incumbent President and founding and lifetime member of the Society of Entrepreneurs & Ecology (SEE), which has engaged more than 500 entrepreneurs in the course of environmental protection in China. He has also held many positions in SEE, including member of the 3rd and 4th
supervisory board, member of the 5th board of directors, Chairman of the 6th and 7th supervisory board, as well as Vice Chairman of the 2nd Working Committee of the SEE North China Project Center. He initiated "Tico Scholarship" in the School of Information Science and Technology of Peking University that has been in existence for almost 20 years.
He also actively engages in social affairs and holds many positions including member of the 12th Political Consultative Committee of Foshan City, member of the 3rd People's Congress of Chancheng District, Foshan City, member of the Political Consultative Committee of Chancheng District, Foshan City, member of Foshan Youth Federation, member of the 14th Committee of Foshan Democratic League, board member of Foshan Electronic Information Industry Association, as well as Executive Vice President of Guangdong Audio-Visual-Lighting Technology Promotion Association.
