As Head, Chinese negotiation delegation to the UN Climate Conferences since 2007, played role in adoption, signing and entry into force of the Paris Agreement and the adoption of Paris Agreement implementation rules. Has promoted cooperation on energy conservation, emission reductions and green and low-carbon development between China and 30 countries, regions and international organizations, and helped train 1,000 officials and technicians working in the field of climate change for 100 developing countries.
