Vishnu works at the intersection of sustainability, culture, and technology, focusing on how organizations and communities translate purpose into long-term behavior and systems change. His work draws from behavioral science, helping leaders and teams move from intention to action in ways that are practical, inclusive, and scalable.

At UST, he leads global programs across 30+ countries that support employee engagement, responsible innovation, and cultural transformation. He has helped design award-winning initiatives that connect purpose with performance, reaching thousands of employees across regions.

As a Global Shaper, Vishnu has contributed to the growth of Hubs in both India and the UK, particularly in their early years. He’s helped set up leadership transitions, engagement frameworks, and peer-driven projects that build consistency without formality.

He also contributes to global networks including the 1t.org Youth Council and the RSA Fellowship. His focus spans climate, future of work, and organizational behavior, with an interest in how young people and emerging markets shape global systems in practice, not just in theory.
