Senior Vice President, U.S. Public Sector, Mastercard

Victoria Din leads Mastercard’s public sector business in the United States and oversees the company’s engagements with U.S. federal, state and local government, higher education and transit infrastructure partners. Across her work, she leverages the full spectrum of Mastercard – philanthropic, commercial, and industry-leading technology – to help public sector leaders work better, faster, and smarter for their constituents.

Victoria brings a diverse array of public and private sector expertise to her role. She most recently served as Chief of Staff for the Americas at Mastercard, working closely with the President of the Americas and regional leadership team to manage all customer-facing activities, strategy, product, technology, and operations for the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Over the course of her tenure at the company, she has also held roles in product development for small business and micro enterprises, M&A finance, and business-to-business marketing.

Before joining Mastercard, Victoria spent the majority of her career in public service. She served as a political appointee in the Obama Administration, including advisory roles within the State and Commerce Departments. She also has experience on the Hill, at the White House, and in the non-profit space.

Victoria has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Claremont McKenna College. She resides in Westchester with her husband, Greg and rescue pup, Rey.
