Touria is an African activist and partnership broker that focuses on the role of youth in poverty reduction and social inclusion in Africa. She has been working for the past 6 years on one of the biggest issues of Africa : unemployment.

In 2015, she created SIDE, Social Impact and Development Employment, a social business focused on youth employment, through volunteering programs for soft skills building, incubating early stage young social entrepreneurs to reach a scaling level, and providing HR services to companies who are looking for employable profiles.

In 2016, she founded EMPEOPLE, that stands for Empower People, a consulting firm that designs and implements economic and social development programs for governments and philanthropists, and advices African companies on high impact CSR strategies.
In 2019, she founded Al Maghreb Qudurate, a business incubator and accelerator that supports entrepreneurs in remote and rural areas of Morocco, creating innovations in agriculture, eco-tourism and industry.

Touria has a bachelor in Finance and Accounting, and certificate in professional coaching. She’s now pursuing a MicroMaster in Economics and Development Policy from MIT, and a Masters in Territorial Development from the National Institute of Business Administration in Morocco.
