Théophile is Policy Officer at Institut Montaigne since September 2017.

He is particularly focused on topics related to media and digital technologies. Before joining Institut Montaigne, he worked for start-ups at the intersection of media and technology (media-monitoring tool and content-provider platform) in London and Los Angeles.

Théophile graduated from the London School of Economics and from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, where he followed the double degree program ‘Global Media and Communications’.
