Tasha works at the intersection of talent, technology, and behavioral science. Currently, she works on developing innovative models for workforce development with the City of San Francisco, as a People Scientist for workforce startup Oppticity, and on using behavioral science and gamification to predict successful career paths through Knack.it. She also runs the SF Shaper Initiative for refugees. //
Previously, she lived and worked with startups across several continents, focusing on building, identifying, and placing quality talent for social impact. She has started incubators in Kenya and India, an executive search firm in San Francisco, and most recently built out the behavioral science side of the Talent IP for Brave Venture Labs.
