Stefan is EVP for BTS Group, and has been with BTS since the start in 1985. During the growth of the company he has been active member of the management team and the board of directors until 2001, and since 1995 engaged in developing the company’s key processes.
Stefan also manages client relationships in addition to designing and facilitating strategic execution and business transformation programs.
Stefan’s clients include Scania, Electrolux, Ericsson, Trelleborg, Thule, Hilding Anders, and Unicredit.
He has worked with clients to address a variety of business issues to ensure rapid strategy execution, and increased growth and profitability: differentiation, supply chain optimization, customer centricity, cross-functional collaboration, changing business cultures, transforming sales organizations, and value driven pricing.
He has extensive experience in Banking and Financial Services, FMCG, Retail, Industrial and process manufacturing, High-Tech, Engineering, Telecommunication and Healthcare.
Stefan speaks fluent Swedish and English.
