Ms. Al-Rowaily is the Chief Executive Officer of Wisayah Investment Management Company which is a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco. Before her current role, She was Director in Strategy and Market Analysis. Prior to that she assumed various roles in Finance including director of Financial Risk Management Department, Director of the Investment Management, and Treasurer of Aramco Services Company in Houston. Sheila joined Saudi Aramco Finance Organization in 1998 and her experience ranges from pension investments to risk management, and project finance.

She is a board member of Saudi Central Bank (SAMA ) and Committee Member of Neom investment Committee ,a board member of Hassana Investment Company (HIC) , a board member of Saudi Aramco Energy Venture (SAEV) and Board Member of Saudi Aramco Investment Management Company, Chair of Saudi Arabia Private Sector “G20EMPOWER” I

She has an M.B.A from MIT Sloan School of Management, an M.B.A from the American University of Beirut.
