Rachelle Celebrezze has extensive public policy experience at the local, state, and federal levels in the United States. She has advised on legislation and policy priorities across a variety of fields, particularly in the transportation and technology sectors. Rachelle speaks regularly about her areas of expertise.

Currently, Rachelle serves as Senior Manager of Government Affairs at Cruise LLC. She previously served as Director of Legislative Affairs at Lyft, where she advised on legislation and policy priorities, in the United States and internationally. She has also served as Assistant Counsel at the United States Senate and Senior Legislative Analyst at the King County Council. Rachelle earned her B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, her M.P.A. from Columbia University, and her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law.
