Njideka U. Harry is the Founder of Youth for Technology Foundation (YTF), an international education technology organization equipping the next generation of youth leaders with the skills needed to thrive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through programs that bridge education and entrepreneurship, YTF prepares young people to enter the workforce or create their own ventures. Operating across five countries, YTF has positively impacted over 1.7 million youth and women to date.
Njideka has spearheaded numerous education and technology initiatives to shift the narrative from “Aid to Africa” to “Made in Africa,” while expanding opportunities for girls and women as innovators in technology. She is a member of the Education 4.0 Alliance and the AI for Social Innovation Committee at the World Economic Forum (WEF). Additionally, she serves on WEF’s Impact Circles for Digital Transformation of Industries and Accelerating Digital Inclusion and is an Expert Council Member for the Education and Skills Global Learning Network.

As a Leadership Group Member and Head of Strategic Entrepreneurship and Relationships at Ashoka, Njideka convenes top business leaders with pioneering social entrepreneurs. She oversees Entrepreneur-to-Entrepreneur (E2E), an exclusive network connecting high-impact private sector entrepreneurs with social entrepreneurs to drive systemic change in areas such as technology, education, climate change, gender equity, and longevity.

Njideka also serves on the Advisory Board of Complex Chaos, a mission-driven AI company, and is an expert contributor to the Prosperity Index at the Legatum Institute. She is a member of the Global Advisory Council at TWIN Tech and sits on the Kellogg Advisory Council at Northwestern University.

Before transitioning to social impact and philanthropy, Njideka had an extensive private-sector career, holding leadership roles in finance, product development, and strategy at General Electric and Microsoft, working across North America, Africa, and Europe.
Njideka earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She completed post-graduate studies as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Stanford University, where she was a Reuters Digital Vision Fellow.
