Hi everyone! I am Nicole :) I am currently an MBA candidate at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

I hold a B.S. degree from the University of Toronto, witha research focus on Socio-developmental Psychology (research domain: domestic violence, maternal parenting, emotional coping) and Sociology. Post-graduation, I delved into management consulting, focusing on areas of organizational transformation and talent management. I am a strong advocate of gender equality, endeavoring to bring out and dismantle heedless social issues, policies, and structures.
