Nhlamu Dlomu is the Global VP Talent, Culture and Leadership at MARS Inc. Prior to her current role, she was the Global Head of People for KPMG International. Nhlamu was the CEO of KPMG's South African firm, and a member of the South African firm’s board. Nhlamu has over 20 years’ experience in management consulting and strategic human resources across various industry sectors. As the former Head of People and Change Consulting, Head of People for KPMG in South Africa, and a former Organizational Development executive for one of South Africa’s largest banks, Nhlamu’s experience spans culture transformation, organisational transformation, change management consulting, leadership development and other strategic people management practices.
