Nerissa Naidu is an independent board chair with nearly a decade of international board experience. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of CreditXpert, where she chairs Compensation and is a member of the Audit Committee, providing governance through a period of accelerated growth, in preparation for exit. In addition, she is a board member of Ageas, serving on its Audit and Risk Committees, where she contributes deep expertise in financial oversight, risk management, and regulatory scrutiny.
Nerissa has guided organizations through complex global strategic change, most recently providing board-level restructuring oversight during the Chapter 11 process of a U.S.-based company. Her two-decade executive career at AIG and Accenture, combined with her experience as a FinTech founder and CEO, enables her to bring clear, independent judgement to boards operating in high-stakes environments. She is particularly effective with companies undergoing transformation or positioning for sustainable, long-term growth across global markets.
